Chipotle Restaurant Earns LEED-R Platinum Rating A Chipotle Mexican Grill in Illinois with its own wind turbine and a 2,500-gallon underground water cistern to harvest rainwater was certified by the U.S. Green Building Council at the organization's highest rating.

First City Tower in Houston Received LEED-EB:OM Gold HOUSTON-The one-million-square-foot, First City Tower has been awarded LEED Gold certification from the U.S. Green Building Council. The class A CBD office tower is the first existing building in Texas to receive the designation.
